AOL's KOL service, in partnership with Animation Collective, launched an original online comic book series and game based on its "Princess Natasha" animated webisode series.

"'Princess Natasha' has already developed a mass following among our kid members and we are confident that the creation of the comic book series and online game will allow more ways for kids to enjoy this fun series," said Malcolm Bird, AOL's Senior Vice President and General Manager, Kids and Teens Programming.

"The popularity of Princess Natasha has shown KOL's ability to build a multimedia kid's brand across a variety of platforms. We're excited to be a part of that," said Larry Schwarz, Animation Collective's CEO.

Throughout the first season, hundreds of thousands of kids have followed the escapades of the strong female heroine in 10- to 15-minute original webisodes jam-packed with action, adventure and humor. Season two's 10 new weekly webisodes continue to follow Princess Natasha's adventures as she captures the invisibility spray, finds Zoravia's stolen national treasure and discovers a double agent.
